Introducing...Me!

 I'm a cry baby.

BRENNAN_ARMACOS's SparkPage
My name is Brennan Armacost. Brennan means 'teardrop' in Irish-Gaelic. Armacost is the Hispanic varient of a German name meaning 'eagle' and 'stranger' or 'host.'

This is from my last name. It has 'eagle' in it.

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. _Proverbs 40:31

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. _Jeremiah 29:11

I wish He would tell me what it is!

This is a very wise Japanese proverb.

"It's not that the Christian ideal has been tried and found wanting. Rather, it has been found difficult, and left untried." _G.K. Chesterton

For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.

_Matthew 7:14 (ESV)

"Prayer is the best weapon we have; it is the key that opens God's heart." _Padre Pio

I'm a prayer warrior.

I say to myself, "You've got to go, go, go!"

"Ars gratia artis"
Latin motto, meaning
"Art for the sake of art."

'Pez Dispenser', Jean-Michel Basquiat, 1984

  1. I see in my browser what may be some issues with text wrapping choices. I've had some trouble with photos and mixing text and getting them just the way I'd like, too. The right click gives you choices to left justify (wrapping text on the right), right justify (wrapping text on the left) or center, which I believe does not wrap at all. Still playing with it myself. BTW: I created a separate blog for the blogs I migrated over from SparkPeople mostly "as is".

Good luck, and I'm now following you!

    1. Thanks! But I'm not seeing that in my browser. It looks right to me. Sorry that it's difficult for you to see. I don't know what to do, since I'm not having that issue here. I mean, I hear you, but don't know how to make it work for all browsers.

    2. Please try to view this blog in the Firefox browser, at 100% magnification. I am unable to make any changes going forward, for quite a while, as I have many blogs to go through, migrating them all here. Sorry, but I have to not stress about anything else just yet. Maybe later! I just want to save all of my content, and if this formatting thing continues to be an issue, I may move to another website, that has more universal formatting. Thank you for letting me know, though! I wouldn't know if you didn't tell me. Oh, and thank you for the follow!

    3. I have not changed my browser, but now it's looking fine! (And I've been away for a while, too... just finished up review of my own Spark blogs an hour or so ago, now playing catch up with the reading list!)

    4. Thanks! I did change things around a bit, and checked in two differing browsers, the Firefox and Edge. I appreciate you looking again at it. I don't know where you found the time!
